Handmade ceramic mug.
We start with the creation of a 3D drawing, then we print it in 3D and use the prototype to make a mould.
Each one is then painted by hand and subjected to 2 firings of about 24 hours each, in order to make it stronger and more resistant.
Each piece has on the sides, some more and others less marked, what we call the Mariposa Negra seam on the sides, which gives the mug its own personality and character.
Each handle is molded by hand and comes in different sizes. We mark a slit in the middle of the handle, sometimes more or less pronounced. The handle is also robust and strong.
The iconic Mariposa Negra designs are one of a kind, with no 2 being the same.
Each mug has irregularities added on purpose, reminiscent of the nocturnal creatures in the book we are inspired by, Marina.

We recommend washing your ceramic piece by hand and with lukewarm water. Take care when washing it by hand that it does not hit it, it can cause the protective glass layer to be lost.
We do not recommend the use of the dishwasher.
